Not every site wants to buy, lease or rent. For large, busy sites, these options remove the cost entirely, or even turn your vending into a small income.
No Upfront Cost
Free-on-Loan Vending
For large sites with high footfall, we can place snack and drink machines at no cost to you, and look after stocking, cleaning and servicing ourselves. Free on loan is only available where sales volumes support it, so it depends on the size of your workforce or visitor numbers, opening hours and location. Ask us and we’ll tell you honestly whether your site qualifies.

How much does a vending machine cost?
A snack or drink machine starts from £35 a week to rent on a 12-month initial term, £20 a week on a five-year lease, or £3,600 to buy outright. Fully managed service, covering cleaning, servicing and stocking, starts from £35 a week per machine. Fresh food machines and smart fridges are priced on request. All prices are plus VAT, and we’ll confirm an exact quote after a free site survey.
Can we have a vending machine for free?
On large sites, yes. Where footfall and sales volumes are high enough, we can place machines at no cost to you and look after stocking, cleaning and servicing, and on the very largest sites we can pay a commission on sales. Smaller sites are better suited to rental, lease or purchase. Tell us about your site and we’ll let you know.
What can the machines sell?
Snacks, chilled cans and bottles, water, fresh sandwiches, salads and wraps, with healthier options throughout. We build the range around your site and adjust it as we see what sells. Fresh food is labelled in line with Natasha’s Law.
How often do you restock and service?
As often as your site needs. Telemetry tells us what’s selling and what’s running low, so busy sites are visited more often and quieter ones aren’t over-serviced. Faults are usually flagged to us before you notice them.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover Shropshire, Cheshire and North Wales from our base in Whitchurch, including Shrewsbury, Telford, Bridgnorth, Oswestry, Wrexham, Chester, Crewe and Nantwich, and the areas in between.
