Repairs & Maintenance
Telemetry-led maintenance, rapid-response repairs, and dedicated engineer support for every machine in your estate. We fix problems before they become downtime.
Our approach
Keeping Your Machines Running,
So You Don’t Have To
Most vending and coffee machine faults are preventable. Our approach is built around catching issues early, before they affect your team or your service.
Every machine we support is connected to our telemetry network. We monitor stock levels, machine health, and operational data in real time. When something needs attention, our systems raise a service ticket automatically and our engineers arrive prepared with the right parts and the right information.
When a fault does occur, we respond quickly. Our engineers carry common parts as standard, and most issues are resolved on the first visit.
What We Cover
Comprehensive Support for Every Machine
Telemetry Monitoring
All connected machines are monitored in real time. Low stock alerts, fault notifications, and performance data are tracked automatically, so we can act before you even notice a problem.
Preventative Maintenance
Scheduled servicing keeps your machines in peak condition. We clean, calibrate, and inspect every component on a routine cycle tailored to your machine type and usage patterns.
Reactive Repairs
When something goes wrong, we respond fast. Our engineers carry common parts as standard and most faults are resolved on the first visit. No long waits, no repeat call-outs.
Telephone & Remote Support
Our support team can talk you through quick fixes and troubleshoot issues over the phone. Many problems can be resolved without an engineer visit, getting your machine back up and running sooner.
Warranty & Aftercare
Every machine comes with a 12-month warranty covering parts, labour, and call-outs. After that, our maintenance plans keep you covered with the same level of protection for as long as you need it.
Performance Reporting
Regular reports on machine uptime, fault history, and service activity. You get full visibility of how your estate is performing, without having to chase for updates.
Reporting a Fault
What Happens When Something Goes Wrong
Four steps from fault report to fix. Most issues are resolved on the first visit.
01
Report the Fault
Log your issue by phone, email, or through our online form. Give us the site, machine ID, and a brief description of the problem.
02
Remote Triage
Our support team checks telemetry data and runs remote diagnostics. If we can fix it over the phone or remotely, we will.
03
Engineer Dispatch
If an on-site visit is needed, we schedule an engineer who arrives with the right parts and full fault history for your machine.
04
Resolution & Follow-Up
We confirm the fix, update your service record, and make sure the machine is running properly before we leave.
