The Right Machine
Coffee Machines for Every Workplace
Every site drinks coffee differently. We match the machine to how your people actually work, then keep it running, across Shropshire, Cheshire and North Wales.
Offices & Workplaces
Bean-to-Cup Machines
Fresh beans ground for every cup: espresso, cappuccino, latte, flat white and hot chocolate at the touch of a button. Our Coffetek bean-to-cup range suits offices, receptions, showrooms and meeting rooms, sized for anything from a small team to several hundred people. Rental from £25 a week.
Industrial & Shift Sites
High-Capacity Drinks Machines
Factories, warehouses and depots need machines that keep up through every shift. Our high-capacity machines serve hundreds of drinks a day, can take contactless payment if staff pay per cup, and report stock and faults to us remotely so night shifts aren’t left without.
Cafés, Restaurants & Hotels
Barista Espresso Machines
Traditional espresso machines, including Gaggia’s commercial range, installed by our engineers with barista training for your team, ongoing servicing and the PSSR inspections pressurised machines legally require. From £3,500 plus VAT to buy, or from £20 a week on lease.

Our Coffee
Roasted in Chester, Sourced With Care
Single Origin
Roasted in Chester
We roast our own single-origin coffee in Chester, testing several roast profiles for each new coffee and drinking it as espresso, long black, flat white and latte before settling on a final profile. Then we lock in the parameters so every batch tastes the same.
Specialty Grade
80+ Points, Every Time
Every coffee we buy scores at least 80 points on the 100-point scale used by the Specialty Coffee Association, assessed for flavour, acidity, body, uniformity and sweetness on our own cupping table.
Sustainability
Carbon-Neutral House Espresso
Our House Espresso is sourced to be consistently carbon-neutral, from farms that offset their emissions using methods such as solar power. We only work with importers committed to direct, long-term relationships with producers, so investment reaches people and communities, not just green coffee.
80+
points on the SCA scale, the minimum for every coffee we buy.
Certified
Rainforest Alliance
We source Rainforest Alliance coffee, which helps independent farms earn a fair return while protecting the environment and biodiversity around them.
Traceable
Fully Traceable, Farm to Cup
We value traceability from farm to cup, transparent pricing for producers and the seasonality of each new harvest, and we’re always happy to tell you exactly where your coffee comes from.
Common Questions
Coffee Machines: FAQs
How much does an office coffee machine cost?
A bean-to-cup machine starts from £25 a week to rent on a 12-month initial term, £13.79 a week on a five-year lease, or £2,400 to buy outright. Barista espresso machines start from £3,500 to buy or £20 a week on lease. Fully managed service, covering cleaning, servicing and stocking, starts from £35 a week per machine, or you can self-manage with our wholesale beans and ingredients. You can also pay per cup from 50p, all-in, or, for suitable public spaces, host a branded L’OR Coffee To Go point on a profit share. All prices are plus VAT, and we’ll confirm an exact quote after a free site survey.
Should we rent, lease or buy?
Renting keeps your commitment short, with a 12-month initial term. Leasing spreads the cost over five years at the lowest weekly figure. Buying outright suits businesses that want to own the machine. We’ll set all three side by side for your site, with no pressure either way.
Which coffee machine is right for our workplace?
For offices, a bean-to-cup machine sized to your headcount. For factories and shift sites, a high-capacity machine with remote monitoring. For cafés, restaurants and hotels, a traditional barista espresso machine. Our free site survey settles it.
Can we buy your coffee without a machine?
Yes. Cafés, restaurants and offices can buy our single-origin coffee, roasted in Chester, on wholesale terms without taking a machine from us.
How quickly can you install?
We aim to install in-stock machines within the same week as your survey, anywhere across Shropshire, Cheshire and North Wales. Specialist or made-to-order equipment takes a little longer, and we’ll give you a firm date up front.
